Jacques Roux, ZR1ADC, winner of 2006 Construction CompetitionJacques Roux, ZR1ADC, is the winner of the 2006 Construction Competition arranged by the South African Amateur Radio Development Trust. His design and prototype of a 70 cm down converter won him a 2007 ARRL handbook and a 2 m Handheld sponsored by Multisource. The design details will be published in the next edition of Radio ZS and will also be available for download from the SA Amateur Radio Development Trust's web site.
