O2 and Vodafone not happy about Ofcom 900 MHz plans

Neither O2 or Vodafone are entirely happy with Ofcom plans for Spectrum liberalisation with regard to 900 MHz.

O2 and Vodafone are the only mobile (cell) phone networks that have access to 900 MHz spectrum.
