RSGB QSL Bureau out-sourcedIt has been reported that from Thursday 20th March, the RSGB QSL bureau will be out-sourced to Norcomm Services. Reports on the internet indicate that from Thursday March 20th the work of the QSL Bureau that was done at RSGB HQ in Potters Bar will be carried out by Norcomm Services, a company formed by Richard Constantine G3UGF, a former RSGB board member. It is understood the change only effects the work carried out at RSGB HQ and that the Society will continue to depend on it's extensive team of dedicated volunteer QSL bureau managers.
