New permanent Echolink node in Worcester

Now, there has been an EchoLink node running on 2 metres for a while in Worcester under the guise of G0WXJ-L, but as of 19th March it has been updated to a permanent unattended node.

The new callsign allocated by Ofcom is MB7IWA (Internet Worcester Area) and will be on the air for most of the day until the small hours.

For RF users, the frequency is 145.2125Mhz with the pre-requisite CTCSS tone of 118.8. Echolink users simply need to find the link on the list and double click to connect.

There is normally someone around monitoring locally, so connect in and have a chat when you can. Enjoy!
