New regulations for Radio Amateurs in PortugalThe new regulations for Amateur Radio in Portugal were published in the official journal, Diário da República, on 2nd March. The Decree-Law 53/2009 governs the Amateur and Amateur Satellite services and will come into effect 90 days after that date.
