South Eastern Amateur Radio Group - 2009 AGM

The Annual General Meeting of Ireland's South Eastern Amateur Radio Group took place on Monday the 23rd of February 2009.

The meeting was addressed by outgoing chairperson, John McCarthy EI8JA and an overview of the club's activities in 2008 were given by outgoing secretary, Mark Wall EI7IS and Michael Hoban EI5DCB highlighted the club's finances.

The following committee were elected for the coming year;
Chairperson - Francis Lenane, EI5GOB
Vice Chairperson - Nicky Madigan, EI3JB
Secretary - Declan Fitzgerald, EI5GRB
Treasurer - Michael Hoban, EI5DCB
Public Relations Officer - Mark Wall, EI7IS

The following officers were elected;
John Ronan, EI7IG
Eddie Steadman, EI9DJB
John McCarthy, EI8JA

Please note that going forward, all general meetings will take place at the slightly later time of 8.30 p.m. on the last Monday of each month in the usual venue of the Roanmore Centre, Cleaboy Road, Waterford.

The next meeting is on Monday the 30th of March.
