New VHF Managers Handbook available

A new edition of the VHF Managers Handbook covering VHF, UHF and Microwaves is now available from the IARU Region 1 website.

The handbook now contains updates to the VHF, UHF and Microwave entries following the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) Region 1 Conference that took place in Cavat last year.
