Forthcoming GPS jamming exercise

The UK Ministry of Defence has informed Ofcom of a satellite navigation GPS jamming exercise.

Dates: 5-15 July 2010.

Times: limited periods between 12:15 and 15:15 hrs.

Location: Airborne at various heights on a bearing of 2700 starting 10nm West of Kirkwall – N580 57.4’ W0030 13.9’.
