Grupo Português de CW - Diploma Portugal in Telegraphy

1 - Diploma Portugal in Telegraphy is assigned to all Radio Amateurs and SWL's showing has established (or heard, SWL's) telegraphic contact with thirty (30) stations / prefixes Portuguese (basic law) with minimum RST 448, from 27 April 1971 (the day of the 200th Anniversary of Samuel Morse), the diploma is international in scope.

2 - For each group of 25 QSOs, and 30 of the basic diploma is awarded an endorsement to a maximum of three, "Seal of Bronze, Silver Seal and Gold Seal", these stamps are shipped free for allocation of endorsements shall be complied with rules described in paragraph 1.

3 - Applications should be addressed to the Manager of the Diploma together with a list of contacts made or listened to in the record indicating that the station worked, Day, Hour, Banda and RST, this should be certified by an association officially recognized.

4 - The cost of the Diploma is the value for the cost of manufacturing and shipping to the applicant, and is 10 IRC or 7.5 €, (euros) for Portugal and 10 €, (euros) or $ 12 USA for the rest of the world.

5 - The certificate is free for members of GPCW and for members of ARAS.
