Happy birthday ITU - special event stationA team of 16 VK3 radio amateurs activate special event callsign AX3ITU on HF - CW, Phone and PSK31, on World Telecommunications Day 17 May, 2005. The special event is to celebrate the International Telecommunication Union's 140th birthday. A commemorative QSL is available direct to VK3WI QTHR, QRZ.COM or via the bureau. AX3ITU will also use three passes over Australia of the new Hamsat VO-52 at 0045, 1237 and 2335 UTC, 17th May. Amateur Radio Victoria
