'Propogation ham' wins appeal over antennaNeil Clarke, G0CAS, has successfully appealed against an earlier ruling by Doncaster Council which refused him planning permission for a new antenna system. Neil, whose name will be familiar for his 'Propogation News' reports for the RSGB, won his appeal after both local residents and the council failed to provide any proof that his system was causing problems to local residents. Prior to his appeal, Neil's equipment had already been given a 'clean bill of health' by Ofcom officials who he had called in to check his gear.
