SARL submits position paper on PLC to ICASAThe South African Radio League has submitted its Position Paper on Power Line Communication to the Independent Communications Agency of South Africa. "As an organisation that supports research & development, the SARL is not opposed to new developments", SARL president Graham Hartlett said. "We are however concerned about the interference potential of PLC hence the reason for our call to ensure that any testing of PLC is fully transparent." The position paper can be downloaded from www.sarl.org.za.
