ARDF at Castlemorton and Malvern HillsOn May 13th there will be an Amateur Radio Direction Finding event at Castlemorton Common, south of Malvern - just north of M50. This is sanctioned by the RSGB ARDF committee and is being run alongside a standard orienteering event with the permission of the Malvern Hills Conservators. If any members are interested in trying out the international style of
ARDF they will be most welcome to come along. If people contact me a few days beforehand I can arrange for a sufficient supply of "loan" 2m and 80m ARDF receivers to be made available on the morning (these have to come up from Basingstoke). We will have the silver medallist from the recent American ARDF Championships in attendance to give instruction and guidance for newcomers.
