Boland Amateur Radio Club's 10th birthday bash

On 25 May 1996 the Boland Amateur Radio Club was formed.

To celebrate this 10th anniversary of BARC a special event station with the call sign ZS10BAK will be on the air.

To make as many contacts as possible and to make it possible for visitors to take part in the festivities, it is planned to put two separate stations on the air.

One station will be situated in Kuils River, near Cape Town and the other in Franskraal near Gansbay. The stations will be active on 80m, 40m, 20m and the 2m bands.

A special QSL-card will be available for stations making direct QSL with BARK, P O Box 2105, Dennesig, 7601.

Please enclose a stamped SAE with your request. The e-QSL system of the SARL will also be used.
