 GPSL
in Kansas this August
The Grand Prairie Super Launch or GPSL 2006 takes place in Hutchinson,
Kansas on August 4th and 5th.
Traveler and Reno County Kansas Amateur Radio Association are pleased
to host the sixth annual GPSL. This is the event where ham radio high
altitude balloon enthusiasts gather each year to launch balloons, compare
notes and talk about their achievements.
The venue this year is the Grand Prairie Hotel which is very close to
the Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center with the actual balloon launch
site determined at the conference.
