RSGB Bylaws notice

The proposed changes to the Radio Society of Great Britain's Bylaws published in the May edition of RadCom included an error.

On page 74, the final paragraph of the Society's Memorandum and Articles of Association headed Indemnity was erroneously published as the first paragraph of the Society's Bylaws.

That paragraph does not form part of the proposed changes to the Society's Bylaws. RSGB members will be mailed out a letter shortly clarifying matters.

The proposed changes to the Bylaws will be voted on at the Extraordinary General Meeting due to be held at the W5 Lecture Theatre at The Odyssey Exhibition Centre in Belfast on 6 May 2006.

A corrected version of the Bylaws can be downloaded from the members' area of the RSGB website.
