Amateur radio comms support in SA needs registration

South African clubs and rally groups are reminded that they will be breaking the law if they don't register the sporting event at which they provide amateur radio communications support.

Regulation B3 C states the station engaged in the practise, be registered with the national body approved by the Minister in the Republic of South Africa, and be a holder of the appropriate class of amateur radio licence for the frequency used.

The South African Radio League (SARL) was appointed as the National Body so all such notifications must be sent to admin@sarl.org.za prior to the event.

Please list the full names, call signs and ID numbers of the participants.
