Shannon Basin Radio Club Sprint ChallengeThe Shannon Basin Radio Club would like to thank all who were involved and participated in last year's radio challenge which was held last November 2005, and this being the 3rd year, attracted the biggest entry to date. The Group would hope that this year’s challenge will attract new entries, and invite you all to participate in this year’s Radio Sprint which will be held on the 6th of November 2006. The winners of the 2005 Challenge are as follows; The winner of the Lough Ree perpetual Shield for CW goes to: Dave Moore EI4BZ. The winner of the Lough Derg perpetual Shield for Short Wave listening goes to: David Connaughton EI1512. The winner of the Lough Allen perpetual Shield on SSB goes to: Pat O’Connor EI9HX. The Shannon Basin Radio Club would like to thank all who participated in the 2005 challenge, and look forward to your continuing support this year.
