Amateur Radio Course starts 12th June

On Thursday 12th June the Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society (CARS) will be starting a Foundation training course for those wishing to get their Amateur Radio licence.

The course will be held over 6 Thursday evenings between 7 and 9 pm at the Danbury Village Hall near Chelmsford in Essex.

On passing the assessments candidates will be able to get their M6 Amateur Radio callsign. This will permit them to transmit on all the Amateur LF/HF/VHF/UHF bands between 135 kHz and 440 MHz.
