New 'remote operating' reflector

Paul K2DB/K2NNY has set up a new email reflector for those that are interested in remote stations, operating, contesting, etc. 

Paul is able to do remote operating now and the mission of the reflector is to share technical and troubleshooting expertise. The discussion will be both for those getting started with a remote station and those trying to keep one running.
