Scandinavian YL expedition

Ingrid LA8FOA and Unni LA6RHA, members of the Scandinavian YL Radio Amateurs (SYLRA), report that they are planning an 'expedition' to a part of Norway - remote but still very accessible, after the SYLRA meeting in Kolbotn (near Oslo), September 3-6th.

Their plans are to get a group of YL operators (and possibly their OM) to activate the Longyearbyen radio station from Svalbard between September 6-13th. They have already received the callsign JW1SYL for the operation.
