Poland Flood

The Polish National Co-Ordinator has provided this information about Amateur Radio involvement in the flooding in Poland.

Many local EmCom nets are standby and prepared for providing emergency communication:

- Lower Silesian network DASR ( http://dasr.pl/ )
- network of PZK branch in Kielce
- network of PZK branch in Kraków and Nowy Sacz
- network of PZK branch in Olsztyn (outside of flooding area, but ready to relay emergency messages)
- network of PZK branch in Opole
- network of PZK branch in Tarnów
- local club emcom network in Olesno

DASR station SP6PWR is working at Regional Emergency Management Center in Wroclaw on VHF (2m FM) gathering informations from local amateurs in area.

Currently, local VHF channels and FM repeaters are used for
communication.3760kHz may be used if necessary.
