How to build satellite antennas in 30 seconds

In April, a group of Cambridge radio hams worked the amateur radio satellites from Harris in the Outer Hebrides.
A 30-second video shows how they assembled the antenna.

The YouTube description says:

The Camb-Hams DX'Pedition to Harris 2010 we operated on satellites. This is a video of us assembling the HyGain 2m and 70cm OSCAR antennas on a 2 inch mast at about 12 feet.
