Vic-Link arrives

The new VK3 local news service "VIC-LINK" is a compact 5 to 10 minute bulletin of news and information for Victoria.
It is broadcast after the National WIA news from VK1WIA.

It incorporates club news, swap meets and ham fest dates, special interest groups and other items relative to the VK3 community.

The Vic-Link concept has been devised as a service to amateur radio clubs and individuals in Victoria and supplements the WIA National News. The concept was ratified by all clubs at the recent VK3 Advisory Club Forum.

As with the national news, individuals and groups are encouraged to record their own material.
