VK4CP's Propogation Logger

We really need to plug VK4CP's excellent work with the improved VK/ZL Propagation Logger

Adam has now added a section for 30 MHz and below and retains the other 30 MHz and above section also. Both viewable from the one screen. It's world class and would be the best out there.

Adam has to pay for the webspace to run the logger for all of VK/ZL and he puts lots of hours into this, he should be commended for his service to the amateur community.
