ISS amateur radios OFF for spacewalk

The amateur radios on the International Space Station will be turned off to support the planned 5 1/2 hour US spacewalk schedule to start about 1430 UTC on Nov 7.

The radios are scheduled to be turned off no later than 0655 UTC and will be returned to service as soon as possible.

This will be the first US based spacewalk in over 2 years. Specifics about the spacewalk are available at the following link:
