UK - Australian co-operation on Amateur Radio Foundation licence

The Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society (CARS) were recently approached by Peter Kutas VK2UPK of the Westlakes Amateur Radio Club.

Australia has just followed the UK's lead and introduced a
Foundation Licence. Peter wanted to make use of CARS UK Foundation Power Point slides to produce a version customised for the Australian Foundation licence.

CARS readily agreed to the idea and Peter adapted the CARS slides to suit the Australian Licence.

The Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society meets on the 1st Tuesday in each month at the Marconi Social Club, Beehive Lane, Great Baddow. The doors open at 7:15pm and visitors are most welcome. Car parking is free and a bar is available for refreshments.
