Space Colloquium 2007
AMSAT-UK has announced the date of the next
International Space Colloquium at the University of Surrey, Guildford.
The three day event will take place from Friday 20th until Sunday 22nd
July 2007.
This is a week earlier than usual to avoid clashing with the Central
States VHF Society Conference.
The event is open to all Radio Amateurs and SWL's not just members of
AMSAT-UK.
There will be a special beginners session to teach newcomers how to use
the Amateur Satellites. This is sure to be of interest to many UK Foundation
holders as Ofcom are changing their licence regulations on 1st December
to enable them to use the Amateur Satellites.
