Changes in DARC VHF Contesting CommitteeAlfred Schlendermann, DL9GS, the long-term Chairman of the Deutscher Amateur Radio Club VHF Contesting Committee, will end his job by the end of this year. Step by step, his work has already been handed over to Martin Henz, DL5NAH and some other committee members. From January 2007, Martin and his group will be integrated into the DARC V-U-SHF-Committee. The President and the Board of the DARC thank Alfred for the work he has done for so many years. Alfred's ideas and thoughts had an important impact on VHF contesting in Germany.
