Leonid Meteor Shower

NASA Science News reports that the Earth is heading for a cloud of comet dust that could produce an outburst of Leonid meteors on November 19th.

With luck it, should enable DX meteor scatter contacts for distances up to 2000 km on the Amateur Radio 50/70/144 MHz bands.
