PLC testing starts on MondayIn South Africa, an ICASA and SABS supported team under the guidance of Eric Winter will do some initial PLC (also known as BPL) radio interference testing in the Tshwane area this week. While no international standards exist at this time, the team will use scientific measurements to determine the effects that PLC may have on the radio spectrum. SARLnews will follow-up and report on developments in this area
