Pride of Britain Awards
ITV1 Tonight - Tuesday 7th November
Those of you that remember the Neston School ISS Amateur Radio contact
a couple of years back, will be pleased to know that the Head Teacher
is getting a Pride of Britain award.
It is not known what coverage AMSAT / ARISS will be given, but apparently
they have purchased rights to the video / Newsround coverage that was
shot at the time.
The ISS school contact was of tremendous interest to the
programme director etc.
In addition, UK Astronaut Piers Sellers also gets an award.
