Lunar orbiter S-band signals received

Reports have been appearing on a microwave reflector that Radio Amateurs have been able to receive S-Band signals from the Japanese and Chinese Lunar orbiters.

The Japanese orbiter Selene is understood to be operating frequencies of 2212, 2219, 2287, 8456 MHz.

There has been a Amateur reception report of a beacon which varied from 2263.605 MHz to 2263.581 MHz which may be the doppler shifted 2287 MHz beacon.

The beacon from the Chinese orbiter has been reported on 2234.533 +/- doppler.
