ARISS contact with Spanish school successful

On November 3, IES Trassierra, Cordoba, Spain performed a succesful ARISS School contact.

Expedition 18 Commander Mike Fincke KE5AIT answered all 20 questions which had been prepared by the students.

The contact has been coordinated by Pedro Luque EA7AEB and the ground station in the school operated with call sign AO7URC.

115 students participated to the event, as well as 12 teachers and 25 guests, among which the Vice Mayor of Cordoba city and the Head Master of Education and Culture of Cordoba.

- 1 regional FM Radio channels
- 1 local newspaper
- 2 regional newspapers.
