Astronaut KD5MDT - Aurora From Space VideoThe New York Times website reports that astronaut Donald Pettit, amateur radio callsign KD5MDT, has created a video of the Auroral Borealis as viewed from the Space Station. Don KD5MDT created the video using a sequence of still images he shot of the Aurora Borealis during his 161 day mission on the International Space Station in 2003. New York Times YouTube video
