CEPT Novice Amateur Radio LicenceThe CEPT Novice Amateur Radio licence is now recognised by many European countries and CEPT Novice holders may also operate in the United States. The CEPT Novice Licence, ECC/REC 05-06, has been implemented by Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Netherlands and Switzerland.
