RSM statement on discrepencies in NZ Callbook

New Zealand's Ministy of Economic Development (MED) has issued a Radio Spectrum Management (RSM) statement regarding discrepencies in the Amateur Radio callbook.

An email sent by the Government site http://www.business.govt.nz/ says:

Radio Spectrum Management has recently been made aware of some errors in the "Callbook" of amateur radio callsigns produced by NZART.

While RSM provided NZART with an extract of the official record of amateur callsigns, RSM is not responsible for the manner in which the information was subsequently compiled in the Callbook.

The official record of all radio amateur callsigns is publicly available online at:

Enter a callsign in the space next to "Callsign", and click the 'search' button near the top of the screen. You can also search by persons names.
