Bright Sparks Quiz 2009
The Bright Sparks Quiz has been organised by Kilmarnock and Loudoun ARC annually for over 25 years and always proves to be one of the best Amateur Radio social events on the local calendar. The evening is held along the lines of a pub quiz consisting of general knowledge and amateur radio related questions. As usual, there will be a strong turn-out from local clubs and many others who come along to make it a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Full bar facilities will be available and catering will also be provided. To finish off the evening a raffle is held with superb prizes up for grabs. There is no charge for the evening, however it would be greatly appreciated if those attending could give a donation to the raffle. For the sake of catering arrangements, it would be very helpful if clubs could let Steve GM4OSS know how many of their members are expected to attend this year's event. This year as it is the 250th Anniversary of the birth of Robert Burns there will be a one off trophy for your knowledge of the Bard.
