G3CWI's SOTA achievement in local newspaper

Richard Newstead, G3CWI, got some good publicity for Amateur Radio in his local press who have reported his SOTA achievement.

On October 26, Richard G3CWI became the first person to activate every hill in England for the Summits On The Air (SOTA) award programme.

He has now got some worthwhile publicity for Amateur Radio in his local newspaper the Macclesfield Express.
They printed a picture of him on a summit and described his achievement in operating from 178 hills.
