Top-band DXpedition questions

Peter, RX0AE, is planning a Topband DXpedition to Zone 23 by the end of 2010 (November-December).

He wants to use the best propagation conditions and work as many DXCC entites as possible.

He states, "The expedition will require a lot of preparation.
I would like to know your opinion - is Zone 23 still on a top of Most Wanted, and what bands is it most needed on?"
