Interference to AO-51

Nader ST2NH has posted a video showing interference to the 2m uplink frequency of the Amateur Radio satellite
AO-51.

The YouTube description reads:

QRM on AO-51 satellite?
Very strong interference from a full duplex communication system blocked totally the satellite for more than 5 mins.
