Blind Ham National Society - TM4ORAThis year comemorates the 40th anniversary of the foundation of the French Blind Ham National Society the 'Union Nationale des Aveugles Radioamateurs de FRANCE - UNARAF'. Look for the special event call TM4ORA (Tango Mike 4 Oscar Romeo Alpha), to be active on HF/VHF, CW/SSB between October 20th and November 20th. Each QSO is valid to get the Louis Braille award. The fees for the award are 7.60 Euro by check ordered to UNARAF.
