The Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society have produced Power Point slides for the Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced courses. These and other training material can be downloaded from the CARS training pages at http://www.g0mwt.org.uk/training/

Amateur Radio licences are now obtained by a passing progressive system of Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced levels of the Radio Communications Examination.

Anyone entering the hobby must go through each stage before before progressing to the next. Foundation and Intermediate levels include operating and practical assessments as well as theory. CARS offer a full range of amateur radio licence training courses.
