New version of DRM Decoder Dream 1.3.1 released

A new version of the DRM decoder Dream 1.3.1 has just been released.

It features:
- New GUI, colour of display can be changed, not too sure on the red
- Save path for storing pictures or Journaline pages
- Add current time and date in saved Journaline html pages
- Added function for creating a Toeplitz matrix
- Decode and show country code
