Licensing consultation statement December - MORI Poll results end of Oct

Ofcom received more than 1400 responses to the Amateur Radio Licensing consultation, the largest number of responses to any Ofcom consultation.

Due to the number of responses, analysis is taking a little longer than expected.

However, Ofcom say they will keep going until they have thoroughly analysed each and every response.

Ofcom hope to be in a position to make a policy statement by the end of the year but they have said this may slip if they feel that more time is required for the analysis.

In the meantime Ofcom hope to release the MORI report within the next couple of weeks.
