Christian Ghiabudo drew our attention to the following:
On 4 October, the French Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel (CSA) authorised a 3 month trial licence to Paris Live Radio for broadcasts on mediumwave 963 kHz in the Paris area.

Paris Live Radio broadcasts to the English-speaking community in France. It currently operates across France on Canal Satellite, across Paris and Ile de France on digital cable, DAB and the Internet.

963 kHz was used by Radio Sorbonne until 1997 from the Romainville transmitter site near Paris with a power of 8 kW, but the frequency is currently unused.

No starting date has been announced yet for the three-month trial.
