Russian Amateur Radio payload on same launch as SSETI Express

It looks as though there was also a Russian Amateur Radio payload on the same launch as SSETI Express. Unfortunately it failed to seperate from the rocket. CW telemetry has been received on 435.325 MHz with an ID of RS-25 which is believed to be from the Russian Mozhayets 5 satellite still attached to the rocket.
