It’s ERG AGM time and, like last year, we have a free
raffle and great prizes for those members attending. Tempted?
There are also free refreshments, bargains to be had, and friends
to chat to! |

| If applicable please bring your renewals, and any surplus kit
you may want to sell. The event is open to non-members,
so new licensees and anyone else interested or willing to join the
group are most welcome. |

| The officers will bring you uptodate on developments on GB3DA/ER/DB/ZP/CMS

| It’s also good fun just to get together socially and meet
up once in a while. Hope to see you on the night! |

Committee and are thanked for their valuable assistance. The Committee
is therefore keen for others to join - so please let us know if
you have time/skills to offer |
Notes: Proposals for election may also
be made at the AGM. Members are reminded that those who are willing
to stand but who are not present at the AGM must lodge a written confirmation
of their willingness to stand at or before the meeting. Nominations
for committee members are only deemed valid if the nominees are fully
paid up members. The constitution allows for three officers and upto
eight ordinary members. Co-opted members are only appointed by the Committee
if required.
