ERO Draft Report on 3400-3800 MHz

The European Radio Communication Office have issued a draft report on "Compatibility Studies in the Band 3400-3800 MHz between Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) Systems and other services" which can be seen at http://www.ero.dk/B6911F0A-7AF5-4685-9302-B8B89FEFA7B2?frames=no&

The Amateur Radio Service in the UK has an allocation from 3400-3475 MHz. In Denmark, as well as many nations in ITU Regions 2 and 3, there is additionally an Amateur Satellite Service allocation betwen 3400-3410 MHz.

Additional Note:  Footnote EU17 to the European Frequency Tables states that CEPT administrations are requested wherever possible to maintain specified Amateur sub-bands such as 3400-3410 MHz in such a way as to facilitate the
reception of Amateur Service emissions with minimal power flux densities.
