Antarctic Cruise / DXpedition

Mehdi, F5PFP, is organizing an Antarctic cruise/DXpedition of 4 weeks with an appropriate and safe sailing boat for January 2009.

The trip will start in Ushuaia. Here are some the islands that are scheduled to be visited:
1 - KING GEORGE Island: Macchu Picchu base, Station G (traces), Rep del Ecuador, Comdt Ferraz, and Lenie field station.
2 - NELSON Island: Gurruchaga refuge
3 - GREENWICH Island: Maldonado refuge, Bahia Yankee refuge
4 - LIVINGSTON Island: Juan Carlos base, Shireff station
5 - DECEPCION Island: Station B (traces), Gabriel de Castrilla station.
6 - Probably 1 or 2 more islands depending on sailing conditions then back to Ushuaia At this stage Mehdi is searching for 5 passengers (amateur radio op or not).
